We look after it all.
Our Maintenance Manager looks after the day-to-day practicalities of every shared and communal area, inside and out. That means responding quickly to issues like lighting, locks, door entry systems, leaks, loose fittings and general wear-and-tear and making sure everything is put right safely and neatly.
Just as importantly, we keep the shared spaces looking smart: touching up paintwork, refreshing décor, keeping high-traffic areas clean and presentable, and making sure those period details and high-end finishes stay in great condition. Outside, it’s all about kerb appeal and comfort, from regular garden care, pruning, seasonal planting, leaf clearing, bin store order, paths kept tidy and safe, and communal areas maintained so they always feel calm, cared for, and welcoming.

Tenant Stories
This is our second year in our one- bedroom flat, a very nice, peaceful and easily accessible space. We moved in as a young couple, later got engaged and then married! A space that has allowed us to make our own kind of memories in a busy London.
The flat is right next to bus stops, a 10-15minute walk to the train station with a quick train of 10 minutes to London Bridge.
The property manager, Sacha, is a phone call away, and quick fixes whenever needed, which has made our stay seamless.
One thing that stands out is that the ’ no-fuss, no-back-and-forth with the property manager’ bills are paid on time, any fixes are dealt with promptly (there is a property fix guy, Massimo, very professional and respectful), and everyone has space to live their lives.
