Mark Nella
Founder & Acquisitions
Mark started Nella Properties to create homes he would be proud to live in himself. He personally selects every building in our South East London portfolio, looking for character and the potential to build something special.
Mark is always looking to acquire new buildings for renovation, and new properties to add to the Nella Properties portfolio.
Sacha Bull
Property Manager
With over 15 years of South East London experience, Sacha combines local expertise with professional NRLA Level 3 qualifications. She personally oversees renovations and selects every interior design element, ensuring each property is a place you’ll truly love living in.
NRLA qualified and dedicated to high-quality management, Sacha handles all tenancy and maintenance queries directly.
Massimo Gabianni
Maintenance Manager
Massimo is a key part of the Nella Properties team. Because he’s in-house, he’s able to respond quickly.
His work spans everything from day-to-day repairs and light bulb changes to decorating, garden care, and keeping all shared areas and exteriors in excellent condition.
We don’t rely on external contractors. Massimo is our in-house specialist, and takes genuine pride in the homes and communal spaces he looks after. He knows every property and the people living in them - and takes care to complete every job with consistency, care, and the high standards that define Nella Properties.
Julie Mannering
Admin Manager
Julie is the glue that holds everything together.
She handles all the paperwork, from your initial tenancy agreement to renewing your contract.
Julie ensures you receive the correct documents at the right time and is always happy to assist if you’re unsure who to contact.
Lisa Zammit
Finance Manager
Lisa manages the financial aspects of your tenancy to keep things straightforward and fair. She personally handles your deposit through a government-backed scheme and ensures your rent records are current.
With a decade of experience in property finance, she’s excellent at explaining payments or refunds in plain English, so you always know exactly where you stand.
We focus on the details to make sure every home remains well-maintained and every resident is looked after with a personal, professional touch.
