We’re a small, dedicated team of South East London locals who manage every part of your tenancy ourselves.
By keeping everything in-house, from securing your tenancy to day-to-day repairs, we make sure things are handled quickly, personally, and fairly.
Mark started Nella Properties with a simple goal: to create homes he would be proud to live in himself.
He personally selects every building in our South East London portfolio, looking for properties with character and the potential to become something special.
He believes that when a building is maintained with care and attention to detail, it stops being a "rental" and starts being a home where you can truly put down roots.
Mark is always looking to acquire new properties or offer property management services to private and commercial landlords.

With over 15 years of South East London experience, Sacha combines local expertise with professional NRLA Level 3 qualifications.
She personally matches tenants and properties, oversees renovations, and selects all interior design elements, making sure your home is a place you’ll love living in.
NRLA qualified and dedicated to providing high-quality homes and expert property management, Sacha also keeps a close eye on the details, resolving any tenancy or maintenance queries directly.

Lisa manages the financial aspects of your tenancy to keep things straightforward and fair. She personally handles your deposit through a government-backed scheme and ensures your rent records are current.
With a decade of experience in property finance, she’s excellent at explaining payments or refunds in plain English, so you always know exactly where you stand.
Finance Manager
Massimo is our hands-on repair expert. Unlike most agencies, we don’t use outside contractors; Massimo is a core part of the Nella team.
He looks after everything from changing the light bulbs to decorating and keeping the gardens and all communal and exteriors in tip-top shape. Because he’s in-house, he gets things fixed quickly and does the job right.

Julie is the glue that holds everything together.
She handles all the paperwork, from your initial tenancy agreement to renewing your contract.
